Page Rank is the popularity of the pages measurement which is calculated by Google mostly about the number and quality of link. The page rank is the mathematical formula which is looks complicated but actually only simple calculation and understanding.

The Page Rank will be in the range 1 – 10 with the 10 is the best rank. The higher page rank means that the earlier position in the search result. The site or blog which has a high page rank have great potential to be visited by the internet users. Every webmaster or blogger dreaming to get the higher page rank for his/her sites or blog. It’s really important for increasing traffic and absorbs the visitor to his/her sites or blogs.
Page rank is the important thing for SEO purposes. Page rank also used by lot of the internet marketing sites to consider for the approval of the site submission. I'd like to know what each of the 10 points mean, do they mean something apart from number of visits?
Is there some sort of classification? or are there any numeric ranges?.
For example, what difference is there between level 3 and 4, what do you need to pass from one level to another.
